My Review
As emergency foods go, this Mac & Cheese was surprisingly great. My husband and I each tried it and both of us agreed that this product was incredibly flavorful and extremely consistent. The macaroni noodles were of good size and thickness (not skinny and mushy). The cheese sauce was rich and creamy and full of flavor. The 
fact that it is made with real cheddar cheese is probably what gives it such excellent flavor.
This particular package served 2 and we found that it was plenty of food for both of us. You could probably split it into 3 servings in an emergency and be just fine. I’m assuming that the creaminess of the cheese was what helped us feel full.
Not only did this meal taste great, the preparation was simple and not very time consuming. It called for 2 ¼ cups of water, which I followed exactly. Simply bring to a boil and add package contents, then simmer for about 20 minutes. I was worried that the noodles wouldn’t be done enough or that they would be overdone and mushy, however the 20 minute recommended time was perfect and they had just the right bite to them.

Final Thoughts
Pros:
I really loved the flavor of this product. Unlike some mac and cheese products, this was not at all bland or gritty. It was a very smooth and creamy and very filling. It also has a 25 year shelf life.
Cons:
This product does contain wheat and milk allergens, which could be a problem for some people.
