Salmon with Couscous
2 cups couscous
6 ounce pouch salmon
1/4 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 packet Italian dressing
In a dry pan over medium heat, toast pine nuts. Prepare couscous according to package directions. Add salmon to couscous. Mix in cherries, tomatoes, pine nuts, and dressing.
